Booking terms

These terms apply to direct VÉNUSA SUITE bookings made through the Amenitiz booking engine. Bookings made through a third-party platform remain subject to the terms displayed by that platform at the time of booking.

100% of the stay is charged at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed once the payment has been approved by AmenitizPay.

• 100% refund when cancelled at least 14 days before arrival.
• 50% refund when cancelled at least 7 days, but fewer than 14 days, before arrival.
• No refund when cancelled fewer than 7 days before arrival or in case of a no-show.

A €500 card pre-authorisation is placed on the day before arrival. It is not a charge. It is released automatically after the stay if no damage or minibar consumption is found. Otherwise, the corresponding amount may be charged up to the value of the security deposit.

For a direct booking, send your request in writing to venusa.contact@gmail.com. Any applicable refund is returned to the original payment method according to the scale above; the time it takes to appear depends on the issuing bank.
