3. Ask about access before booking

Comédie is on a mezzanine level with a few steps; Jean Jaurès is reached by stairs, with no lift; Saint-Roch is in a vaulted cellar below ground level. All three are in a pedestrian area, with no private parking.

4. Have extras confirmed

The options currently offered are romantic decoration, early check-in at 3 pm and late check-out at 1:30 pm, subject to the availability and conditions stated. They are not automatically included in the room rate.
