The checklist for a successful night in a spa suite in Montpellier

Before choosing your dates, check how to access the suite, when you can arrive and what your stay includes. This checklist helps you plan your VÉNUSA stay with the practical details in mind.

1. Compare the suites and their access

All three suites have a private jacuzzi inside the accommodation. Choose the setting and access that suit you:

  • Comédie: 60 m², a floral wall and a swing; on a mezzanine level, reached by a few steps.
  • Jean Jaurès: a jacuzzi beneath a starry ceiling and a wall of roses; stairs, with no lift.
  • Saint-Roch: a vaulted stone cellar below ground level.

The three-suite comparison brings these differences together and links to availability. Check the access before booking if stairs or carrying luggage affect your choice.

2. Check the total and terms before paying

Enter your dates, suite and number of guests in the booking engine. Review the total amount, inclusions, selected extras and the change or cancellation conditions shown for your rate.

Our guide to the cost of a jacuzzi-suite stay explains what to compare. An optional service is part of your stay only once confirmed.

3. Plan your arrival and luggage

Standard self check-in starts at 5 pm, and standard check-out is by 11 am. Access instructions are provided as part of your booking. Read them before travelling and keep your phone charged.

The suites are in a pedestrian area and have no private parking. If you drive, allow for public parking and the final walk. See our access information. If travelling by train, check your station: Saint-Roch and Sud de France require different routes.

4. Pack the essentials

Bring your personal belongings, something to wear out if you plan to dine in town, and a charger. Bathrobes are provided. Breakfast is included for the first morning of your stay; arrange breakfast separately for additional mornings.

The jacuzzi is reserved for the suite's occupants during their stay. Follow the instructions provided on site rather than adding bath products that are not intended for it.

5. Request available extras in advance

The options currently offered are romantic decoration, early check-in at 3 pm and late check-out at 1:30 pm. They cost extra and depend on the terms and availability stated when requested. Wait for confirmation before planning your travel around an optional check-in or check-out time.

For a special occasion, contact the team before your stay. Do not assume that a massage, a bottle or a late breakfast service is included or booked.

6. Keep your plans realistic

If you would like to dine in the Écusson, book your table directly with the restaurant and check the route from your suite. Allow time to enjoy the accommodation too; our one-night or two-night guide can help you choose the length of your stay.

Before leaving, check: dates and terms confirmed, access instructions read, arrival time planned, phone charged, extras confirmed and a table booked if needed. Compare the suites and check availability.
