How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service, using a keypad code we send you before your stay, so a late arrival is never a problem. Check-in is from 5 pm and check-out until 11 am.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, and it is already in the suite when you arrive: nobody comes to bring it. You will find it in the bread bin on the worktop, and in the fridge. Enjoy it whenever you like, with no need to go out or book a table.
Are there any steps to reach the suite?
On an upper floor: reached by stairs, no lift.
Where can I park?
The suite is in a pedestrian zone, with no private parking. The most convenient option is the Foch Préfecture underground car park, a 4-minute walk away. Alternatively, the Comédie car park (TaM) is also 4 minutes away. Park the car, then reach the suite on foot — the exact address and directions are sent with your arrival instructions.
Is the whirlpool bath ready when we arrive?
It is not filled in advance, so the water is clean and at your own temperature. Allow around fifteen minutes to fill: start it as you arrive, while you settle in. The jets stay quiet after 11 pm out of respect for the neighbours, but the bath is yours all night.
Can we arrive earlier or leave later?
Check-in is from 5 pm and check-out until 11 am. Subject to availability, a 3 pm arrival or a 1.30 pm departure can be added, at €20 each. On a single night, those few hours make a real difference.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your stay is paid for in full at the time of booking. You are refunded in full up to 14 days before arrival, then 50% up to 7 days before. A 500 card hold is placed the day before arrival: it is never charged unless an incident is found in the suite. The full details are set out in our booking terms.
